JUNGLE BOOK IN CARRE THEATRE

We are happy to announce our next project – the collaboration between Moscow Classical Ballet Theatre and the talented pupils of Het Balletstudio Marieke van der Heijden in Amsterdam. 12 young dancers aged 6 to 10 will take part in the ballet performance Jungle Book on 24 and 27 October in Carre Theatre.

For this production, the Moscow Classical Ballet from Russia entered into a special collaboration with the Dutch Balletstudio Marieke van der Heijden. 11 of their young talents (6 to 10 years old) dance the roles of small monkeys, wolves, birds and other cute animals: Julia Ruhulessin, Noa Lind, Mary Maria, Hailey Ruiter, Chiara Tringali, Akatsuki Nishida, Wieke Dekker, Samia van Erkelens, Yade Köse, Juliet te Lintelo and Eva Wysny. The little Mowgli will be performed by a Dutch soloist as well, 9-year old Jacob Wysny. What a great opportunity for these children to join an experienced, professional and inspiring Russian ballet company! And that in one of the most impressive theatres in the Netherlands, Koninklijk Theater Carre in Amsterdam!
